UXCO Student, the trading name of Global Exploitation, has been offering living spaces to suit students' needs and expectations for over 15 years. With more than 50 student residences in the areas of France with the highest concentrations of students, our brand is now a major player in the student accommodation market.

The development of our business requires ongoing involvement to design, with our partner architects and developers, sustainable, long-lasting residences. This applies all the way from approving future development sites to optimising accommodation to suit our customers' lifestyles, not forgetting the selection of durable, high-quality materials, paying attention to energy efficiencies and the design of the furniture and fittings.
To do this, all our sales/marketing and R&D teams work to understand the rental market and research new services to include in our residences, create new concepts and improve communications flows with our customers.
We have multiple development areas, always in large university towns near to neighbourhood centres, shops and public transportation to town centres and university campuses. We work on new development projects, turn offices into residential accommodation, take over existing residences and form affiliations.
