You can choose between a cozy studio for maximum comfort, a 1-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom for more space and tranquility. You can also opt for a 2-rooms apartment to share with friends while keeping your privacy. You can even choose the floor (from the ground floor to the 4th floor, and from the 1st floor for 2-rooms apartments) .

Yes, providing a guarantor is a requirement to rent our apartments or rooms, as it helps secure the lease. However, if you do not have a physical guarantor in France, we accept alternative solutions such as GarantMe. Regarding insurance, a home insurance certificate is mandatory before the keys are handed over. This is essential protection. All insurance-related information and conditions are detailed when you submit your application file.
To make your move-in easier, the application process and the submission of your file are done very simply and entirely online via our dedicated platform. There, you’ll find all the detailed information about the required documents. For international students, the process is the same—we simply recommend preparing your proof of identity and income in advance.
