Student residence Le parc Belvédère is adapted to all students and young workers: Clermont Auvergne university students, students in private schools like ESC Clermont or ENSACF, young workerker doing an internship, young worker on an educative mission or foreign student wanting to study in France.
Unique and warm, this residence offers 119 types of studio with two and three rooms, all furnished and equipped apartments. They include a kitchenette, a study area with a desk and storage, a sleeping area with available bed linen changed monthly and a private shower. Anne the residence manager is there to answer any questions you may have ;)
