Nicknamed the “city of a hundred spires” by Victor Hugo, Greater Rouen is a conurbation with a population of 406,000 located in the region of Normandy. The UppeHalls residence is located in Petit-Quevilly, a small suburb of Rouen bordering the city’s Saint-Clément district. (38 m2), comprising a living room with fully equipped and appointed lounge area and kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140×200 cm) and study area as well as a private bathroom with shower and storage unit. A wide range of services is also available: unlimited high-speed wifi Internet connection, a bike store, a launderette, a fitness area and more. You can choose which floor your apartment is on, from the ground floor to the 5th floor.
