Welcome to the K7 residence, an atypical and colorful place to live. Located in the heart of a student zone and just 30 minutes by bus and 15 minutes from Strasbourg city center, the residence is surrounded by numerous shops, and is served by the G bus line.
The student residence is just a five-minute walk from the ESG Strasbourg business school, the ECM (École de Commerce et de Management), the Institut Européen de Formation, and a nine-minute walk from ISTELI Strasbourg. The UXCO Student K7 residence is located in a student zone close to companies, firms and agencies in all sectors of activity.

With a modern decor combining bright colors and designer furniture, the 224m2 of communal areas are ideal for socializing and sharing.
The apartments are mainly studio, T1 (large studio) and T2, for an optimal layout. All units include a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, storage space, crockery kit, cleaning kit), a desk with chair, table and two chairs, a bed (with pillow and comforter), a closet, and a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

The residence offers a variety of services designed to make daily life easier for students, such as unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection, connected laundry (WashIn device), private parking, residence manager, etc. The residence also boasts a number of common areas, including an outdoor courtyard, a chill-out area, games rooms and a venue for events and parties organized by the residence manager.

The K7 student residence is open to students from all backgrounds, whether on a variety of university courses, private school courses, internships or work-study programs. The UXCO Student Team is keen to welcome international students looking for a French experience.

K7 offers 216 apartments, from studio to T2, each with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, storage space, crockery kit, cleaning kit), desk with chair, table and two chairs, bed with pillow and comforter, closet, and private bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet. In a very modern style, the apartments are warm and luminous, cocoons conducive to sharing and creativity that you can decorate as you wish.
