Welcome to Fokus, a student living venue located in Pau, a small city in the South-West of France, situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees. Just a short walk from the university complex where you will find the IUT, IAE, UFR Science & Technology and the ESC Pau Business School, and only 15 minutes by bus from the city centre, the Fokus is THE residence where you should make yourself at home Close to the residence you will also find a large shopping centre with shops, restaurants and a cinema, small businesses, a sports complex and many other helpful facilities for your everyday life.

Because our primary focus at UXCO is on customer experience, the Fokus residence includes co-working and leisure areas, ideal spaces for creating a genuine experience of communal living.
