From furnished studios to 7-bedrooms ideal for shared living, the residence offers a wide variety of accommodation suitable for all student profiles. All apartments in the residence are furnished and functional, ready to welcome you upon arrival. They include:

  • a comfortable sleeping area
  • a desk area with storage
  • an equipped kitchen area including a refrigerator, a microwave, cooking hobs, an extractor hood, storage cupboards and a crockery kit
  • and a modern bathroom including a shower, vanity unit, toilet and towel dryer.

FAQ – Everything you need to know about the UXCO Fleep Dijon student residence

Booking student accommodation at Fleep Dijon is simple and 100% online. Here are the steps:

  • Simply choose the studio, T2 or shared accommodation you like on the UXCO Student website,
  • then click on “See availability”.
  • Select your specific accommodation,
  • select the additional services you want,
  • fill in the tenant form, then your guarantor’s form.
  • Finally, you just need to send us the requested documents to finalize your application to the email address contact@uxco.com.

Need a helping hand? The residence manager is there to support you at any time. You have their contact details in the “Contact Manager” section.

Here is the list of documents to prepare for your rental application:

  • A valid ID document
  • Proof of income (or those of your guarantor)
  • Your guarantor’s contact details or those of a third-party organization

👉 All documents can be submitted directly online or by email, without printing.

Fleep Dijon welcomes:

The first requests arrive in spring for the September intake. But you can book throughout the year, depending on availability. To have a choice of accommodation, it’s best to book early!

Can I move in during the academic year?

Of course! It’s possible to join the Fleep Dijon residence at any time of the year. The rent will be adjusted according to your arrival date (pro rata).
