The rental price of student accommodation in Marseille can vary depending on the type of apartment (studio, 1-bedroom, shared accommodation), the size, and the arrondissement. In general, you should expect a monthly rent of €450 to €700 for a fully furnished and equipped studio, including energy charges.
At UXCO Student, our prices start from €500 per month for modern apartments offering generous living space and all-inclusive services.
For your accommodation in Marseille, it is recommended to choose an arrondissement close to your campus or well served by public transportation. Our residence, ideally located in the 3rd arrondissement (near La Joliette and Le Panier), offers excellent proximity to many schools (AMU, ESPI, EPITECH).
If you own a vehicle, it is essential to check the availability of on-site parking, which we do offer. Choosing your type of accommodation (Studio, 1-bedroom) will then depend on your desired living space.
As a tenant, you may be eligible for several types of financial assistance to help reduce your rent. The first step is to contact the CAF in your arrondissement to simulate your eligibility for housing assistance (APL).
When preparing your rental application, we explain the documents required for the rental guarantee and to prove the existence of a guarantor. You can also find out more about all the different types of financial aid available to students.
