Dreaming of working on industrial projects, building bridges, buildings, amazing machines, or driving innovation? Then ENISE is made for you! Located in Saint-Étienne, the École Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Saint-Étienne has been training specialized engineers since 1961. And since 2021, it has joined the École Centrale de Lyon family, offering even more academic, industrial, and international opportunities.
ENISE offers three engineering degrees:
The journey often starts right after high school (scientific or technical track) via the Geipi Polytech competitive exam. Students who have completed a CPGE, BTS, BUT2, L2, or L3 can directly join the first year of the engineering cycle (equivalent to the third year of study). Admission is based on ENISE’s own entrance exam.
ENISE graduates enjoy a very high employment rate. Some become mechanical design engineers, others work in civil engineering on major construction sites, and some dive into R&D, inventing the materials of the future. Others go into industrial engineering, project management, or even consulting.
Ambitious and looking beyond borders? ENISE has thought of that too! Thanks to its international partnerships, you can earn a double degree with partner universities in more than 34 countries. Canada, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Brazil… you choose where to take your journey next.
