ESMI – École Supérieure des Métiers de l’Image

The École Supérieure des Métiers de l’Image (ESMI) is dedicated to the visual arts and enjoys a prime location in the centre of Bordeaux, opposite the Musée d’Art Contemporain (C.A.P.C). The courses on offer cover a range of image-related fields, divided into three areas.

• Audiovisual: Cinema-Audiovisual preparatory course and BTS in audiovisual professions with editing/post-production option.
• Graphic Communication: Graphic Design-Multimedia Prep, BTS Visual Communication with Illustration or Comics options.
• Computer graphics: courses in Multimedia Computer Graphics, 3D Animation, 3D Designer and 3D Designer-Director.

ESMI favours a cross-disciplinary approach to teaching, encouraging students to be versatile and meeting the needs of the image industry job market.
