Want to run industrial projects, manage production teams and split your time between classes and a real job? The in&ma campus in Rouen is the place for you. It opened in 2023 in a modern, light-filled building.
UXCO Student and in&ma have teamed up: you get €100 off your application fees at our Rouen residences. Check out our referral offer too: bring a friend along and you both win.
in&ma calls itself “the school of performance”. It trains the next generation of industry managers, and every program is work-study (alternance):
Industrial Production and Project Manager (RPPI)
Expert in Industrial Project Management and Operational Excellence (EMPIEO)
Specialised training programmes in corporate decarbonisation
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Manager (RQSE) – from September 2027
These programs lead to qualifications at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level (Master’s level).
You apply directly on the school’s website, not through Parcoursup. Since it’s work-study, you also need to find a host company, and the school helps you with that. Start early: the best spots go fast!
Industry is hiring, and graduates trained through work-study are in high demand. You could become a production manager, an industrial project manager, a continuous improvement manager or an operational excellence manager. You can work in all kinds of sectors: automotive, aerospace, food industry, energy…
You need a bac+2 or bac+3 (two or three years of higher education). The pace is demanding, with around 70% of your time spent in a company. So you’ll need to be motivated, organized and ready to get stuck in. In return, you graduate with real work experience, and you earn a salary while you study.
Where to stay ?
Moving to the “city of a hundred spires” for your work-study program? Our UXCO Student residences in Rouen are made for you.
