Simply contact our manager to obtain all the necessary information about the rental. You’ll then need to prepare your digital application file for the apartment of your choice directly on our secure platform. Once the file is validated, you sign your lease remotely and join our campus with peace of mind. Our manager will personally guide you through each step to secure your future accommodation.

The residence manager will then take over to officially show you the fitness room and various common areas. You can then fully enjoy one of our perfectly equipped suites for your comfort.

The studios are approximately 20 m², an optimized layout that includes an equipped kitchenette, a desk area, and a private bathroom to maximize comfort in a compact space.

Yes, a guarantor is required.

You have two options:

  • present a physical guarantor (a close relative who resides in France)
  • or use our partner Garantme‘s solution (institutional guarantor).

The residence is approximately 4 km from Université Paris Nanterre. By public transport, the journey takes about 20 to 25 minutes (via Tramway T2 to “Parc Pierre Lagravère” stop then a bus connection or via La Défense).
