Welcome to ALPHA, a brand new student residence located just a stone's throw from the Rouen University Hospital. Near the University of Rouen Normandy, the residence offers three types of apartments for rent: 34 studios, T1 and T2, fully furnished, equipped and decorated with care. The residence is also very well served by public transportation thanks to the various TEOR and metro lines that serve the entire city.

Much more than an apartment, UXCO promises you a great experience in its residence. Entirely designed and conceived to meet the new needs of students, it offers furnished and equipped studio to one-bedroom apartments, all with a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a private bathroom. The residence also includes a full range of services to simplify your daily life: laundromat, secure private parking, bike room, etc.

A very high speed wifi connection is also available in the apartments and common areas, ideal for following courses at a distance easily!

Finally, a common room is available on the first floor, to make it easier to meet other students in the residence.
